These are the terms that apply to every Vanta Event Rentals booking. Your concierge will walk through anything specific to your event before you sign.
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and confirm your table lineup. Your booking is not held until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event.
Payment
We accept payment by the methods listed at checkout or arranged directly with your concierge. All prices provided through the quote builder are estimates — your concierge confirms the final total in writing before your deposit is collected.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event may be rescheduled to a future date within 12 months, subject to availability. Cancellations inside 14 days are non-refundable. We recommend confirming guest count and venue details early to avoid last-minute changes.
Venue & Setup Requirements
You are responsible for providing a suitable, accessible space for the tables you've booked, including adequate flooring, lighting, and power where required. Any venue-specific restrictions (elevator access, load-in windows, noise ordinances) should be shared with your concierge in advance.
Equipment Care
All tables, chips, and equipment remain the property of Vanta Event Rentals. Guests are expected to treat equipment with reasonable care. Damage beyond normal wear may be billed separately.
Entertainment Only
Vanta Event Rentals provides entertainment services only. No real-money wagering takes place at any Vanta event, and all chips used at the tables hold no cash value.
Liability
Vanta Event Rentals carries liability insurance for our staff and equipment. We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from guest conduct or pre-existing venue conditions.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your signed booking agreement governs your event.
